Please contact Xbags Customer service to receive a Xbags Warranty
Tracking Number (TR Number) and further instructions. Pack your
product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers
both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product.
Xbags is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following
information in your package:
1. Your name, return address and telephone number
2. Xbags Warranty Tracking Number (TR Number)
3. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting
4. A copy of the receipt or a check made payable to Xbags
Reference your assigned Warranty
Tracking Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do
so may cause a delay in processing your claim.

PRICING
All prices are listed in American dollars. Prices do not include
shipping, handling or taxes - all of which will be calculated
during the checkout process.
The price listed at time
of purchase is the price charged, however special order or back-ordered
items or prices displayed in error are subject to change, in which
case you will be notified before any new charges are issued.
If the price drops on any items ordered before your order reaches
"Preparing to ship" status, you may contact our sales

SHIPPING
XBags.com uses UPS and FedEx to ship all orders.
Orders are usually shipped within the time period listed with
each product, however all items are subject to inventory and stock
availability. If an item is not or will not be available for an
extended period of time, you will be notified of the delay and
an alternative may be suggested.
It is recommended that insurance is selected for all orders. XBags.com
is limited to liability for any loss or damage by the terms and
conditions provided by the selected courier. In the event that
insurance is not purchased and loss or damage occurs, neither
Xbags.com or the courier will be liable. In the case of damage,
all packaging must be retained for inspection by a claims agent.
WARRANTY
All products purchased from XBags are waranteed to be in good
condition and free from material or workmanship defects from the
purchase date indicated on your invoice. If for some reason, there
is a noticable discrepency between what is displayed and the product
received, and it is your desire to either exchange the product
or request a refund, please contact our sales/support office using
our contact page.
If/When it has been determined that a replacement is required
i) by yourself, you must contact Xbags.com and request a return.
ii) by a XBags.com representative, you will be asked if you wish
to exchange or return the item for a refund. In either case you
will be required to ship, prepaid and insured, the defective item(s),
a copy of the original invoice and a description of the problem(s)
encountered, to XBags.com. Upon repair or replacement, your product(s)
will be shipped to you at our expense. If no defect or warranty
issue is found, freight will be collected from the purchaser.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU
OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. XBAGS.COM MAKES NO
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF

International shipping
Xbags.com is currently able
to ship to international addresses. Items from Xbags.com can be
shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped
to Africa, Island Nations or Latin America. Each international
package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of
the country to which you have your order shipped.
Xbags products may
be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches its country of destination. Various charges for
customs clearance must be borne by the buyer, Xbags does not have
control over these charges and cannot anticipate what they may
